What I Want Is Not What I Need
When you lay to sleep and its dark outside,
you can no longer hear the cars drive by,
Then this is your home.
When the weather is cold but your heart is warm,
your only blanket is ripped and torn,
then this is your home.
I never wanted to be a rich man,
I never wanted a big home.
All I ever wanted was a family of my own.
I never cared about possessions,
never wanted to be the best.
All I need is to stand out among the rest.
Look out your window, all you see is a wall,
Your stuck in your cell and dont mind it at all,
then this is your home.
So much clutter you can hardly move,
and the noise from the clock does nothing but soothe,
then this is your home.
I never wanted to be a rich man,

Everything I need is provided for me,
The water I drink and the air that I breathe.
What my body gets that it does not demand,
is artificially created by man.
